Humana MA production cannot be pooled with Aetna MA production. More eligible entries improve your chances within this contest but do not guarantee a win.

ACROSS ALL FOUR CONTESTS

General rules & eligibility

The contests are open to JSA Direct and Assigned Agents selling the participating products. Qualifiers must be in good standing with JSA and actively contracted with the applicable participating carrier at qualification close and when awards are distributed. Agents must be appropriately licensed, appointed and eligible to sell the qualifying product in the state where the business is written.

Qualification, rankings and entries are based on qualifying submitted applications, not paid policies. Business must be new to the applicable carrier. Renewals and duplicate, withdrawn or canceled applications do not count. Applications must fall within the applicable submission period and have an eligible effective date shown above.

Application totals and entries remain separate across all four contests. Production and entries cannot be combined or transferred between contests. Aetna MA and Humana MA applications cannot be pooled toward either 100-application minimum. Wellabe HI and Mutual of Omaha HI applications cannot be pooled toward either 30-application minimum. 

Wellabe HI and Mutual of Omaha HI each award their prize to the eligible top individual producer meeting the applicable minimum. A tie in either top-producer contest is resolved by random selection between the tied agents. Aetna MA and Humana MA each conduct a separate random drawing among that carrier’s qualifying agents, with one entry per qualifying application.

An agent may qualify for multiple contests but may win only one prize package across all four. All awards are subject to final validation and the one-win-per-agent limit. JSA’s final award procedure must account for that limit.

Each contest awards one Super Bowl LXI package consisting of roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, a hospitality experience and one Super Bowl ticket. Four prize packages are available in total. Prize packages are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Final validation, winner selection and announcements are planned for mid-January 2027; exact dates are to be scheduled.
