The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the 2026 Medicare Parts A & B Premiums and Deductibles on November 14th, 2025.

Medicare Part B Premiums/Deductibles

The standard Medicare Part B monthly premium will increase $17.90 from 2025, from $185.00 to $202.90.  The annual Part B deductible will also be increasing to $283 in 2026, a change of $26 from the 2025 deductible.

Since 2023, individuals whose full Medicare coverage ended 36 months after a kidney transplant, and who do not have certain other types of insurance coverage, can elect to continue their Part B benefits for immunosuppressive drugs ONLY by paying a premium – which will be $121.60/month in 2026.

Medicare Part A Premium & Deductible

Enrollees aged 65 and over who have fewer than 40 quarters of qualified working credits and certain persons with disabilities pay a monthly premium in order to voluntarily enroll in Medicare Part A.  Individuals who had at least 30 quarters of working credits or who were married to someone with at least 30 quarters will pay $311/month in 2026.  Individuals who have less than 30 quarters of working credits will pay the full Part A premium, which will be $565 a month in 2026, a $47 increase from 2025.
