JSA'S Agent Referral Program

Refer an agent to Jack Schroeder and Associates, Inc. and you could receive a $100 prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card!

Agent/Agency must become contracted and licensed with at least one carrier direct to JSA.
Agent/Agency must submit their first piece of business with a qualified plan.
Qualified plans include Medicare Supplement, Final Expense, Cancer/Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Long Term Care or Short Term Care.
Business must be issued. JSA will monitor Referred Agent production on a monthly basis.
Upon verification of issued business, gift cards will be sent to the referrer.
Agency Referral: redemption of gift card(s) will be made upon first producing agent, which may include the agency principal, up to a maximum of 5 producing agents within 12 months of contract date.
There is no limit on the number of gift cards a referrer can receive.
JSA reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
